Description
The “Cultivar Taggiasca” variety has little dimensions with elongated shape and iridescent color. This variety of olives, typical of West Liguria, is cultivated in limited quantity and it’s unique in the category, thanks to perfect combination of soil, water and clime. After the harvest, the “Cultivar Taggiasca” olives are preserved one year in brine composed of water, salt, potherbs and natural flavors.
