Tasty and delicate fillets of tuna caught in the clear waters of the Cantabrian Sea and preserved in delicate olive oil. They are excellent for the preparation of salads, cold dishes, sauces and as a complement for main courses and boiled vegetables.
Once all the quality checks are passed, they are prepared for the subsequent cleaning and cooking operations. The tuna fillet after being manually separated is subjected to a slow and monitored cooking. It is packaged by hand to preserve the delicacy of its soft fillets.
