The “Cultivar Taggiasca” extra virgin olive oil is processed from olives coming exclusively from the Ligurian Riviera di Ponente. It is defined “must” because decanted naturally. It has a straw yellow color with a basically sweet flavor. It goes well with dishes of whose flavor you want to enhance.
