According to some sources, the origin of the testarolo dates back to Ancient Rome, so much so that it is considered the oldest type of pasta in the world.Immerse the 5/6 cm squares in boiling salted water for less than a minute, which is the time needed to rehydrate the product. Season immediately afterwards with good Ligurian Pesto or with sauce of your choice.
