This variety of olives, typical of West Liguria,\u00a0is cultivated in limited quantity and it\u2019s unique in\u00a0the category, thanks to perfect combination of soil,\u00a0water and clime. After the harvest, the \u201cCultivar\u00a0Taggiasca\u201d olives are preserved one year in brine\u00a0composed of water, salt, potherbs and natural\u00a0flavors. They are then pitted with a special\u00a0processing process and packaged in Extra Virgin\u00a0Olive Oil.
