This new line designed for food boutiques manages to bring together the unmistakable pitted olives in Alberti EVO oil with a minimal and refined design.

Description

After harvesting, the Taggiasca quality olives are stored for a year in a brine made up of water, salt, aromatic herbs and natural flavors.

They are then pitted with a particular manufacturing process and packaged in Alberti Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
