PAYMENTS

On all orders, to the value of products, is added a shipping fee according area of destination (indicated at the moment of the order) and to the weight of the pack.
In the case of an expense greater that 99 €, shipping throughout Italy will be free regardless of weight.
The payment can be made with:
• VISA, MasterCard, American Express Credit Card
• Pay Pal

DELIVERY AND RETURN

Alberti 1986 S.r.l. deliveries the products directly to the address indicated by the client at the moment of order. Ordered products travel therefore completely at risk of Alberti 1986 S.r.l..
Depending on the area of destinations of goods, deliveries may take place in a period of time that varies from 48 to 72 hours, barring unforeseen circumstances.
The customer has to check, upon delivery, the integrity of packages and the quantitative/qualitative correspondence with the order and indicated in the transport documents. In case of discrepancy, the same should be reported on the same document and sent within 7 days, writing to info@olioalberti.it. Each alert is not indicated on the shipping document, or signaled over these terms, it will not be taken into account. For each statement, the customer assumes full responsibility for the statements.

UNAVAILABILITY PRODUCTS

If there is unavailability of a product, Alberti 1986 S.r.l. will promptly inform the customer through communication on our website https://www.olioalberti.it/

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

The client can proceed to the cancellation of order, calling the telephone number +39 (0)183 274858 or writing to the email address info@olioalberti.it within and not over 24 h from the order, without prejudice to order fulfillment.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The client has the right to terminate the agreement and proceed to return the goods within 14 days of receipt, pursuant to Legislative Decree. 06/09/05 n. 206, as amended, giving notice to Alberti 1986 S.r.l. calling the phone number +39 (0)183 274858 or sending an email to info@olioalberti.it.
It is responsibility of Alberti 1986 S.r.l. to reimburse the amount paid within 30 days of notification of withdrawal by the customer. Any shipping cost for the return of goods to Alberti 1986 S.r.l., will be a client load.
